Great-looking interior, a spacious bathroom that's definitely a plus, and the room here is very well taken care of. 🌟

The room was brand-new with balcony, I felt comfortable there. The staff were attentive and the breakfast was delicious with European food and good coffee. The location turned out to be strategic and the best, very close to the popular Chinese-Muslim seafood restaurant called Restoran Pantai Ria and the restaurants and the beach.
Disappointing aspect was smelly bathroom.

We enjoyed the two complementary facts that were offered during our stay. The key location was perfect for our city break, being close to the beach and having wonderful sea views. We also liked the spacious and comfortable rooms that we stayed in.
The hotel seemed to have some issues with its cleanliness and upkeep. There were some small defects and maintenance issues in our room.

We had a great time at Pacific Regency Beach Resort. The location was perfect, right on the beautiful Telok Kemang Beach. We enjoyed the convenience of having great local restaurants and shops nearby, like the famous Kedai Makan Asiah and Baden Bundle. The hotel surroundings felt safe with a police station just across the road. The minimalist design of the hotel created a spacious and relaxing atmosphere. The large swimming pool and medium-sized pool were perfect for both adults and children. It was a peaceful and uncrowded beach, ideal for family activities. The staff were very helpful and always apologized for any issues we encountered, like when they entered our room without permission. Plus, the hotel provided a private beach for guests to enjoy.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The facilities are new and the rooms are spacious. The staff were very polite and always had a smile on their faces. My son absolutely loved the pool, it kept him entertained for hours.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was perfect, there was nothing that could be improved.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. the newly renovated rooms were clean and well-equipped with facilities such as a balcony, which offered a pleasant view. Secondly, the attentive staff provided good service throughout my stay. Lastly, the hotel's location next to a beautiful beach was a major plus, allowing easy access to enjoy the sun and sea.
Some areas could be improved for a more enjoyable stay.

The location is great. It's easy to get to the beach and there are some really nice views. the pool is also a good size and it's easy to find a spot to lounge in the sun. I also appreciated that they gave us some complimentary items upon arrival like bottled water and snacks.
the room was dirty and had a lot of construction debris still scattered about.
